Hydraulic Support Pipes (Industrial Seamless Steel Pipes)

Material and Strength: Made of 27SiMn alloy structural steel, after quenching and tempering, it possesses high strength (tensile strength ≥980 MPa), high toughness, and good hardenability.

Physical Specifications: Outer diameter range 10–762 mm, wall thickness 1–40 mm, suitable for mechanical support under high-pressure environments.

Surface Treatment: Can be treated with chrome plating or ion nitriding to improve wear resistance and service life, but has relatively weak corrosion resistance.

Application Areas: Mainly used in high-load equipment such as coal mine hydraulic supports, oil drill collars, and construction machinery.

Industrial Support Pipe Materials

27SiMn alloy structural steel is the main material for hydraulic support pipes, conforming to standard GB/T 17396-2009.

After heat treatment, the yield strength can reach 895 MPa and the tensile strength can reach 1030 MPa, exhibiting excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.

It is commonly used in high-pressure, high-load environments such as hydraulic supports in coal mines, oil drill collars, and construction machinery.

Optional surface treatments include chrome plating and ion nitriding to enhance wear resistance, but its corrosion resistance is poor, making it unsuitable for humid and corrosive environments.
